I have registered my institute in Cplex Academic initiative, but

automatic email says it takes 10 days to proceed, while I have an

urgent quadratic problem to deal with it (numbers of variables/

constraints about 2500). Trial license doesn’t work with nVariables or

nConstraints > 500.

Could anyone land me Cplex academic license (access.ilm file), still

valid for at least couple of days?

This book seems to propose a way to directly calculate prime numbers

instead of having to search for them (which sounds like very big news

if true).

The book has an accompanying DVD and can be found at

For example,

X=[x1 x2 x3 x4] where xi is a column vector.

I would like to have a matrix J such that

XJ or JX will be [x1 x3] by selecting only 1st and 3rd columns of the

matrix.
